Seed Package

Great starter package for solo practices.
$750 for 15 hours per month (payable at the beginning of the month of service). This averages about 3.5 hours per week, and we have found this to be the perfect package for smaller clinics.

Sapling Package

Ideal for smaller practices of 1-2 therapists.
$980 for 20 hours per month (this averages about 5 hours per week, or about 1 hour per day).

Evergreen Package

Perfect for growing practices with 1-2 therapists, or wanting some additional projects completed.
$1,200 for 25 hours per month (averages to 6 hours of work per week).

All monthly retainer packages include the following:

Weekly Friday Summary Email – reviewing the highlights of the week, number of inquiries, task updates, items completed, general notes, a status update on your time usage, and more, fully customizable to your specific practice.
In compliance with HIPAA requirements, we are respectful of privacy and hold information in confidentiality
Complimentary quarterly check-in call with the founder, Hannah
Minutes are billed exactly, with no rounding
Unused minutes are rolled over to the next month
If you go over the minutes, those overages are simply added to the next month's invoice, at the same rate. No penalties!
